Services

Children

I provide individual psychotherapy to children who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, behavior regulation concerns, general life stressors, or family conflict.

I also provide dyadic therapy (caregiver and child together) as needed. I am a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist. PCIT is an evidence-based intervention implemented to treat a range of childhood behavioral concerns, such as significant disruptive, noncompliant behaviors, inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

Parents

I provide psychotherapy to parents seeking strategies to implement at home to support their children. Drawing from evidence-based modalities, such as Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), CBT and DBT, I help parents gain the confidence and competence to manage their child’s behavioral and emotional needs at home. I integrate mindfulness techniques to help parents reduce stress and improve their ability to align their in-the-moment parenting with their family values. My services for parents can supplement your child’s individual therapy, or can stand alone.

Adolescents and Young Adults

I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and young adults who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, or stress related to school, family and social relationships.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities, such as CBT and DBT, as well as relational approaches that meet the individualized needs of each client, I work with adolescents and young adults to identify their personal values and work towards living in alignment with those values.

Pregnancy and Postpartum

Whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant or postpartum, a birthing or non-birthing parent, becoming a parent for the first time or growing your family, the perinatal period is full of stressors and adjustments.

I provide individual psychotherapy to caregivers in the perinatal period. My therapeutic approach draws from specialized training in parent-child attachment and mental health needs for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers during the adjustment to parenthood.
